EMBEDDED SOFTWARE ENGINEER

• Work on long-term projects with highly dynamic and fast-paced WAES clients in the Netherlands.
• Are happy to make things work and build great applications which will make things move and ensure extremely precise calibrations.
• Will be responsible for writing clean and highly functional code.
• Continuously develop yourself to be the best version you can be.

• Bachelor, Master, or PhD with an education in Computer Science, Informatics, Embedded Systems, or equivalent
• Experience as a Software Engineer for 3-10 years in large-scale software applications – embedded or application-level programming by means of C, C++, Python, Linux, UML, OOP, Design Patterns, Clearcase, VxWorks, SVN, Git, Jenkins, Matlab.
• An advantage when he/she has experience with Model Driven Engineering.
• Knowledge/previous experience with Agile, Scrum, or V-Model.
• Experience in C/C++, Python, object-oriented design programming and Linux within a highly complex embedded environment.
• More chance when he/she has a technical background of industry processes, process integration, process control, semiconductor devices and manufacturing.
• A passion for robotics, and you would like to be a part of teams building large-scale applications for large machines, which in turn, have global usability.
