In a collaborative project between Enexis and WAES, a key step was taken toward modernizing and professionalizing the way environments are deployed across IT teams. The initiative focused on the development of the Stack Lifecycle Manager (SLM 2.0), a tool designed to automate the rollout of environments and streamline operations across Enexis' IT landscape.

This co-creation effort did more than deliver a robust application in a cloud AWS environment developed with python. It helped raise the overall software development maturity within the organization. WAES consultant Angélica brought in her technical expertise and leadership to uplift both the quality of the codebase and the development practices within the team, which also had impact in multiple projects within the organization.
